Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension / Conversion)

Max Pay Rate: $22/hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Triage & Salesforce Operations Specialist to support a high-volume sales environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound leads, ensuring accurate distribution to sales agents, and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced with CRM systems, capable of managing large lead volumes while ensuring fair and efficient lead assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Triage
  • Manage high volumes of inbound leads within Salesforce
  • Validate and triage incoming leads for accuracy
  • Ensure equitable distribution of leads across sales teams
  • Monitor and maintain lead lifecycle processes
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze lead and pipeline data to identify trends
  • Generate insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Maintain lead documentation and tracking dashboards
CRM & Process Management
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and lead assignments
  • Identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues
  • Support improvements to lead distribution processes
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead management strategy
  • Assist with process changes and operational improvements
  • Prepare presentations and insights using Power Point
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years operations or CRM support experience
  • Strong Salesforce experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data cleansing)
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales operations experience
  • CRM-heavy customer service roles
  • Experience managing lead pipelines
  • Experience supporting sales teams
