• 10+ years leading technology and enterprise systems within the construction industry
  , with direct experience supporting contractor operations.
• Strong working knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, labor tracking, and project financial controls in contractor environments.
• Led full-cycle ERP selection and implementation (RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, data migration, testing, go-live).
• Integrated construction platforms including Procore, estimating, payroll, timekeeping, and document management systems to eliminate double entry and improve cost accuracy.
• Partnered directly with CFOs, Controllers, Operations, and Project Managers to redesign accounting and field workflows.
• Built executive-level KPI dashboards (job cost, labor productivity, margins, backlog, AR/AP health, change orders) using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Established IT governance frameworks including data standards, change control, security protocols, and permissions management

• Managed vendor relationships, negotiated contracts and SLAs, and improved system uptime and support performance.
