Lead Salesforce Technical Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Salesforce Technical Architect in Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead architecture and design for Salesforce multi-cloud implementations

* Define enterprise integration patterns (API-first, middleware, ETL)

* Establish Salesforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops best practices

* Ensure platform performance, data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEC, GDPR)

* Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans

* Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and complex troubleshooting

* Deliver advanced automation and AI-driven workflows using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI

* Oversee technical delivery across internal teams and external vendors

* Mentor and lead Salesforce developers in a high-performance environment

REQUIREMENTS:

* 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience

* Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

* Strong multi-cloud experience (FSC, Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

* Experience delivering AI-powered Salesforce solutions

* Proven integration experience using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools

* Strong Salesforce security, data architecture, and Dev Ops background

* Experience in wealth management or regulated financial services preferred

* Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application/System Architect, PD I/II) a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
