This is a contract to hire Technical Project Manager role supporting enterprise delivery initiatives. You’ll own timelines, scope, and execution while partnering closely with reengineering and business stakeholders. This role blends strong project management fundamentals with real technical fluency.
This is not a surface level PM role. You’ll be embedded with development teams, influencing delivery and driving visibility across complex initiatives. If you enjoy owning delivery end to end and translating technical work into business outcomes, this role gives you real impact and long‑term upside.
Required Skills & Experience- Strong experience managing enterprise software projects
- Solid understanding of SDLC frameworks and delivery models
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira
- Ability to analyze timelines, capacity, risks, and constraints
- Excellent communication skills
- PMP or similar certification
- Experience with large, multi‑year initiatives
- Background working closely with engineering teams
Tech Breakdown
- 35% – Azure Dev Ops or Jira (tracking, reporting, task management)
- 25% – SDLC methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
- 20% – Project planning tools (Microsoft Project)
- 10% – Software delivery metrics (velocity, quality, testing, uptime)
- 10% – Cross‑team collaboration (QA, Dev Sec Ops , Product)
- 100% Hands On
