We7re partnering with a growing technology services organization that delivers end-to-end IT and managed services to clients across Arizona. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to work directly with customers, support solution design, and help deliver modern infrastructure and cloud solutions. This role blends hands-on engineering with client interaction and technical leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client environments and business needs
- Design end-to-end IT solutions across networking, servers, cloud, Microsoft 365, security, storage, and virtualization
- Support sales engagements by serving as the technical authority on client calls and presentations
- Present and explain technical recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement and support infrastructure projects, including network, server, and cloud initiatives
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams to align solution design and project delivery
- Troubleshoot complex, multi-domain infrastructure issues and recommend long-term improvements
- Document solution designs and configurations to support delivery and ongoing operations
- 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on networking and systems engineering
- Proven hands-on experience across networking, servers, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, security, storage, and virtualization
- Solid background designing and supporting complex infrastructure environments in production settings
- Experience participating in client-facing technical discussions, discovery sessions, or presales engagements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, M365, and endpoint management
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and hybrid environments
- Experience with VMware or similar virtualization technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
