Education:

Experience:

Proven success in web application development or managing large, complex programs.
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams, with strong focus on continuous improvement and developing self-organizing teams
Experience in a variety of computing platforms, such as mainframe, client/server, web, cloud, and social media
Extensive experience managing programs in Agile environments, including frameworks such as Scrum, or Kanban.
Aviation industry experience or knowledge of airline operations is highly preferred.
Technical Acumen:
Familiarity with mobile app development life cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Rally/ADO, or similar platforms.

Duties:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Agile Methodology Expertise:
Drive Agile best practices across teams, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, and program increment (PI) planning.
Mobile Application Expertise:
Collaborate with iOS and Android development teams to manage app release cycles, feature roadmaps, and ongoing enhancements.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, UX/UI Design, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure program goals are met.
Aviation Alignment:
Integrate aviation-specific needs into mobile app features, leveraging knowledge of industry standards, operations, and customer behaviors.
Customer Focus:
Champion user-centric design and functionality by incorporating customer feedback and industry trends into program deliverables.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, proactively creating mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
Communication:
Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on program status, challenges, and achievements.
