Job OverviewOne of our staffing partners is hiring for its financial client a Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience. Direct applicants only – no C2C or company candidates. The staffing company or client will contact qualified applicants directly.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau
- Perform advanced data modeling, cleansing, and transformation for accurate reporting
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for comprehensive analysis
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuning
- Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure and improve accessibility
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes using Python, R, or other scripting tools
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
