As a Technology and Innovation Manager you work closely with department leads to align on technology initiatives, set a collaborative tone for the hours ahead, manage the integration of project management tools, resolve technical issues, and guide colleagues through new digital processes. You lead the adoption of AI solutions that streamline routine work and empower teams to focus on impactful, creative tasks.

You support cross‑functional projects, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure standards are accessible across the organization. Additionally, you review operational metrics, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and support staff as a resourceful and approachable leader, strengthening clarity, efficiency, and innovation across ABLA.

• 5+ years of experience in technology integration, digital operations, or design technology management (AEC industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and PM platforms (Deltek, Ajera, BIM tools)
• Familiarity with AI applications in design and operations (prompting, automation, visualization)
• Excellent communication and training skills; able to simplify complex tools for non‑technical staff
• Strategic mindset - able to align technology adoption with business goals and support a culture of clarity and accountability.
