Overview

Responsibilities- Support the company's hiring efforts and manage the Applicant Tracking System
- Actively source passive candidates and maintain data integrity in the ATS
- Foster an excellent candidate experience and assist with onboarding as needed
- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse
- Impact-oriented with a "get things done" mentality
- Service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
