Position: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Description Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Human Resources Manager for the Westin Tempe. This role will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the hotel's luxury service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management of all Human Resources functions for the property, including recruitment, training, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and ensure policy enforcement.
  • Support daily hotel operations and contribute to guest satisfaction through effective people management.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of HR experience, with minimum 1 year in a Human Resources Management role in the hospitality or related industry.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration strongly preferred.
  • Proven advanced knowledge of employment laws; experience with UKG/Ulti Pro systems and payroll processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English; ability to travel to training sessions, hearings, etc.; ability to supervise/direct both subordinate and non-subordinate personnel.
