DescriptionThe HR Service Desk Analyst is primarily responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR activities to employees, supervisors, and managers, ensuring that the company upholds best practices and remains legally compliant. The HRC will partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders and will help foster a cohesive, productive, and positive work environment and strong team culture. This role will report to the HR Service Desk Manager.

Have an opportunity to utilize tooling and AI capabilities within the HR space.
- Become the primary support for submitting and following up on People Operations tickets for manager/job detail changes in Workday.
- Initially perform internal mobility eligibility checks for employees applying for other roles at Door Dash (will later transition to Employee Relations).
- Adhere to department‑level policies and processes, answering questions for employees on department‑specific approaches.
- Support the HR Director and HR Business Partners with ad‑hoc requests during critical annual cycles such as performance review and compensation planning.
- Assist clients with learning and adoption as managers receive increased direct Workday access, ensuring a high level of adoption.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with regard to all confidential and business information.
- At least years working in a professional environment specifically in HR.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Google Suite.
- Experience working in/with Workday.
- Strong interest in a career in Human Resources and technology.
- Problem‑solver with a high bias for action.
