They’re hiring a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can coach, advise, and deliver scalable HR solutions while building strong relationships across the business.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a trusted HR partner across the business, providing coaching and support on people matters including performance, development, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and levels of the organization
- Provide counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, talent decisions, and sensitive employee matters ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance
- Deliver core HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives in partnership with peer leaders and CHRO
- Lead, develop, and manage the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team, aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and implement recruiting programs that attract, assess, and hire top talent
- Use data and people metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive action
- Support organizational changes including role transitions, team redesign, and change management
- Promote a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and inclusion
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, balancing risk with business needs
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong track record in employee relations, performance coaching, and navigating complex people issues
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence employees and leaders at all levels, including executives
- Experience in regulated or professional services industries preferred; financial services a plus
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent judgment and discretion
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), PowerPoint and HRIS
