Responsibilities- Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.
Skills and Abilities
- Communicate in English.
- Self-starting personality, even disposition, professional appearance.
- Team player, willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers.
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
- Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 100 lbs continuously.
- Customer satisfaction: professional, courteous, respectful.
- Work habits: exceeding hotel standards for procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, attendance.
- Safety & security: adhere to hotel security policies, key controls, lifting, chemicals, report hazards.
