The Westin Tempe is looking for Seasonal - Cook I to join our amazing Team at our Culinary Team!
Hours/Shifts - AM/PM - availability - including weekends & holidays
Seasonal Position – February 2026 to September 2026

A Cook I takes part in servicing our food and beverages to our guests around our beautiful Restaurant. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Skills and Abilities
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Can communicate well with guests.
- Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery.
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or move goods weighing up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule.
- Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are what we are about. Positive guest experience comes from professional, courteous, and respectful interactions with Crescent staff and guests at all times.
- Work Habits: Maintain hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Be adaptable to change and willing to learn and improve skills.
- Safety & Security: Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, including key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards.
