• Responsible for the set up and clearing of tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting Food Servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Set up dining areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers; team player.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.

Remain professional at all times, treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect, and act as a guest relations ambassador.

Aim to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance; be adaptable, learn new skills, solve routine problems, and ask for help when needed.

Adhere to hotel security policies, particularly key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards.
