Job Title
Server Assistant – Part Time (Sky Sill Lounge)
LocationScottsdale, AZ
Compensation$1,000 - $1,400
Hours / ShiftsAM and PM shifts, including weekends & holidays.

- Responsible for the set up and clearing of tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting Food Servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Set up dining areas and maintain cleanliness and organization.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Can communicate well with guests.
- Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers; team player.
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
Customer Satisfaction:
Remain professional at all times, treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect, and act as a guest relations ambassador.
Work Habits:
Aim to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance; be adaptable, learn new skills, solve routine problems, and ask for help when needed.
Safety & Security:
Adhere to hotel security policies, particularly key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting safety hazards.
