Great practice opportunity for a Doctor of Optometry to operate an independent practice next to an optical dispensary.

This posting describes a full-time independent practice opportunity. Specific responsibilities are expected to include delivering high-quality optometric care and services to patients; managing an autonomous practice within the Luxottica ecosystem; and participating in patient care in coordination with the on-site optical team. • Autonomy and practice model: Complete professional autonomy; no company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas; scope of practice defined by your professional direction.
• Schedule: Flexible practice arrangements, including part-time options; possibilities to add to an existing schedule.
• Equipment and facilities: Furnished office and well-equipped exam lanes; online appointment book; patient recall system.
• Financial model: Independent practice allows setting professional fees; you keep revenues for professional services delivered.
• Onboarding: Brand-supported onboarding and resources from first exam.

Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
