Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) - Full-Time | Aurora Behavioral Health System - Tempe, AZ

Aurora Behavioral Health System is a Level 1, acute care psychiatric facility in Tempe, licensed to treat both adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency. We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our dedicated inpatient team. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to support patient care and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

• Assist RNs with patient care and activities of daily living
• Participate in shift rounds and contribute to treatment planning
• Support crisis intervention efforts and gather essential patient information
• Lead or assist with therapeutic groups and activities as assigned
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
