Spine Gear is a medical device services company that partners closely with surgeons and healthcare facilities to support safe, efficient procedures and high-quality patient care. Our team works hands-on in clinical environments, providing product support, education, and operational reliability in the operating room.

We’re looking for an Associate Sales Representative to join our Tempe-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in medical device sales through real-world, OR-based experience.

• Support surgeons and clinical teams during procedures under the direction of senior representatives
• Prepare, transport, and manage surgical instruments and implants
• Learn Spine Gear’s product systems, surgical workflows, and OR best practices
• Assist with case coverage, logistics, and documentation
• Build professional relationships through reliable, high-quality service

• Coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-stress clinical environments
• Strong communicator with a professional demeanor
• Willing to work early mornings, variable schedules, and on-site cases
• Interested in learning medical device sales from the ground up
• Healthcare or medical device experience is a plus, but not required
