What You’ll Do We are seeking a Substance Use Therapist to provide psychotherapy for adults and families, facilitate IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups, and use our comprehensive, step‑down group curriculum. The role may require evening work and involves individual and family therapy.
- Remain calm in crisis situations, work independently and cooperatively, and relate with empathy to all persons regardless of age, race, creed, gender, or sexual orientation.
- Maintain professional conduct consistent with ethical practice and agency policies.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and community partners.
- If driving on agency time, hold a valid Arizona driver license with a clean 3‑year driving record.
What You’ll Provide
- Master’s Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work required;
Arizona licensure preferred. - Experience facilitating groups and working with substance abuse populations.
- Must be willing to complete reports and be punctual in correspondence with DCS, probation, and others.
- Strong team collaboration, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Valid fingerprint clearance card and Arizona driver’s license with no major infractions required.
- Must be available to work weekends and some evenings.
- Being bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.

- Ability to document detailed information and multitask.
- Maintain professional conduct consistent with ethical practice and agency policies.
