Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of mental health patients. Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is seeking a dynamic team member based in Tempe, AZ to join the team as a Call Center Specialist (Full Time, Days, 7a-7:30pm Thurs-Fri-Sat, 12-hour shifts). The Call Center Specialist performs administrative functions to include assistance in processes for managing patient care by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant health care providers. Responsibilities include organizing, facilitating, and coordinating timely evaluations with therapists and the acceptance of patients referred for services, insurance verification and data entry.

• Triage calls and facility referrals to appropriate outpatient services

  Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services.
