Behavioral Health Technician (Part-Time) - Join Aurora Behavioral Health System

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Part-Time | 12-hour shifts | Mondays & Tuesdays or Saturday & Sundays

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you'll be the heartbeat of patient care, working side-by-side with our RNs to:

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Participate in treatment planning and therapeutic rounds
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment
• Provide crisis intervention and gather vital patient information
• Lead engaging activities and groups that support recovery goals

• 1-2 years experience in the behavioral health field
• Must be 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR, First Aid, and TO certification (or completion within 30 days of hire)
