Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ACT Independent Living Specialist in our Priest clinic in Phoenix, AZ. Primary hours at the site are Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–6:00 PM. Must have a very flexible schedule as this team provides treatment 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays.
Location:
1642 S Priest Drive #101, Tempe, AZ and out in the community (approximately 20% in an office setting, 80% in the field).
Employment Type
Pay range $18.38 – $25.00 (DOE). $3/hour ACT Differential in addition to base pay. Full-Time, Employed.
Responsibilities- Provides direct treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services that support independent living in a community setting to clients.
- Works with the client and ACT team staff to assess client needs in the development of independent living skills and activities of daily living.
- Supports independent living and participates in the development of individual service plans.
- Acts as a client advocate and liaison with families and community agencies.
- Provides on-call crisis intervention services, as well as weekend and holiday coverage.
- Reports to the ACT Clinical Coordinator.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health preferred.
- Bilingual differential available.
