Job Position: Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) - (Contract/1099/Independent Contractor)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team in providing military veterans with thorough mental health compensation and pension exams for service connected issues and claims. The hours at the clinic fall between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Mental health issues addressed during the assessment exams may include depression, military sexual trauma, PTSD, sleeping disorders, eating disorders and anxiety.

This is a contract role for a Locums Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) with The Locums Company, LLC. The Locums provider will work on-site and provide mental health assessments for military veterans. Focus is on mental health assessment as it relates to the future medical needs. TLC offers excellent contract compensation, and professional liability insurance.

• Provide mental health assessments for military veterans as part of compensation and pension exams.
• Assess mental health related to service-connected issues and claims.
• Conduct assessments on-site at the clinic within 8:00 am – 4:00 pm hours.

• Must have Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) License in Arizona (or another state).
• Must have a doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program at time of graduation.
• Must be willing to work 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm).
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.

• Pay: $775/day
• Expected hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
