Occupational Therapist; OT - Elementary School Caseload

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for elementary students, interpreting results to determine eligibility for services and contributing to the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans and provide direct therapeutic services to students, managing a full-time caseload across various school sites.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on strategies and accommodations to support student participation in educational and daily living activities.

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist License issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners (Required)
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Possess reliable transportation and demonstrate the ability to work at various school locations

• Top Compensation:
