Idealforce has contract position available immediately for a Fiscal Specialist to join our customer in Tempe,AZ. This is Hybrid Position.

Job Summary:

The Fiscal Specialist Senior in the Controller’s office performs a variety of financial accounting transaction review. This role is responsible for processing all banking related accounting transactions for the Accounts Payable and Payroll bank accounts for all campuses for Maricopa Community Colleges. This role is also responsible for the annual Unclaimed Property reporting to the state of Arizona. Handles various banking items, such as bank supplies, daily bank exception review, deposit correction review, and monthly bank downloads.

Responsible for maintaining, verifying, and monitoring accounts, files, documents, and records. Provides Treasury related support and assistance to students and staff.

Must have:
- Microsoft office - specifically Excel experience
- Data entry experience
- Financial experience
