As part of the Digital Risk Management team, the Risk and Control Associate partners with Digital, Data, and Information Security teams to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance efforts. In this role, you serve as a relationship leader, helping domains identify, assess, and manage their technology risks and controls. You will consult with stakeholders, analyze control environments, support remediation, and ensure risks are properly managed in alignment with the firm's risk standards and expectations.
RiskReporting & Insights
- Produce clear, actionable risk reports highlighting key risks, trends, and control effectiveness.
- Convert qualitative and quantitative risk data into executive‑ready insights.
- Validate accuracy and completeness of risk information with risk owners.
- Improve reporting processes, data quality, and visualizations.
- Execute risk and control tasks aligned with ERM and division frameworks.
- Support issue management, including documentation, remediation tracking, and closure validation.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies with ERM standards and recommend fixes.
- Partner with business teams to understand processes, risk drivers, and historical results.
- Provide insights and interpretations for leadership forums and governance committees.
- Maintain risk data and issue documentation in the GRC system.
- Support teams in understanding ERM expectations and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining KRIs for integration into reporting.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Hiring Minimum: $86,300
Hiring Maximum: $146,700
Skills/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, Business or related field
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, risk reporting, or related analytical disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of risk management concepts, control frameworks, and issue management.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
