Teller PT

This is a Part-time on-site role based in Tempe and Phoenix, for a Teller PT with Benefits. The Teller will be responsible for performing a variety of financial transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Additional responsibilities include assisting members with account inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, and promoting financial solutions tailored to members' needs. The Teller will also be accountable for maintaining exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.

• Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and basic mathematical skills
• Strong customer service, active listening, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Knowledge of First Credit Union's products and services, or the ability to quickly learn
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital banking platforms
• Team-oriented mindset and the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a financial institution or customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is a bonus
