Financial Strategy & Leadership

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability modeling to drive financial performance.

* Establish and track TEPCON's Break-Even Point, ensuring operational sustainability.

* Develop cash flow and capital strategies to support growth.

* Optimize the ESOP financial structure to maximize employee value.

* Hold leadership accountable for financial discipline and project profitability.

Financial Operations & Compliance

* Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, and monthly close processes.

* Ensure compliance with GAAP, ESOP regulations, and tax laws.

* Conduct risk assessments for project bidding, contract negotiations, and cost controls.

* Implement strong internal controls for financial accuracy and data integrity.

* Drive CMiC adoption for real-time financial visibility and automation.

HR, Payroll & Performance-Based Compensation

* Oversee payroll administration & compliance with federal and state regulations.

* Work with HR to integrate ESOP benefits and improve payroll systems.

* Design commission & bonus structures for Project Managers based on profitability.

Profitability, Growth & Performance Metrics

* Maintain a minimum 10% net profit margin and track financial KPIs.

* Utilize CMiC for job costing, expense tracking, and project profitability analysis.

Technology & Financial Systems
