Associate Analyst

Job Overview

The Associate Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in a high‑paced, mutual fund operations department.

• Allocate work amongst processing teams to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs are attained
• Review and evaluate processes, and monitor the quality of work as measured against accuracy, timeliness, and productivity standards
• Communicate complex issues both in writing and verbally to management, internal/external vendors, and clients
• Create and run reports to mitigate risk against future firm impact and improve efficiency for teams
• Participate in various testing projects for new technology used by employees and advisors

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1‑2 years financial service experience

• Extremely organized
• Adaptive and flexible
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment

• Prior experience working with mutual fund preferred
• Series 99/SIE preferred
• Beta preferred
• Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

$24.47‑$40.79/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
