• 1+ year of experience in banking or equivalent financial services role
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Proficiency in financial planning and adherence to banking regulations
• Strong team orientation and commitment to a long-term career
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience in cultivating relationships with affluent clients
• Excellent communication skills
