• 1+ year of experience in banking or equivalent financial services role with a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial planning tools and adherence to banking regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience building relationships with affluent clients
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong commitment to a long-term career with the organization
