Overview
Title: Mortgage Servicing Oversight Specialist (Contract)
Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 remote
Type: Contract
Seeking a mortgage servicing professional to manage inquiries and escalations within a servicing oversight team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Handle inquiries and escalations within SLAs
- Review mortgage loans (early to late-stage delinquency)
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors
- Track trends and support reporting
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
- Mortgage servicing experience required
- 3-5 years in mortgage servicing/client services
- Knowledge of escrow, insurance, taxes, and payment processing
- Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
- MSP/Director experience preferred
