A growing construction company is seeking a Regional Controller to lead financial operations across a multi-project region. This role partners closely with operations leadership and corporate finance to drive accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance management.
Responsibilities- Oversee regional financial reporting, job cost accounting, and monthly close
- Lead revenue recognition and project cost forecasting
- Manage budgets, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting
- Identify financial risks and communicate insights to leadership
- Supervise and develop regional accounting staff
- Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls
- Support audits, tax coordination, and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is REQUIRED
- CPA is REQUIRED
- 5+ years of construction and/or public accounting experience
- Prior leadership or people management experience
- Strong job cost accounting and project accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience preferred
