We are seeking a high-level Business Analyst to join the servicing oversight team with a well-established mortgage industry organization. This role is critical in managing mortgage loan inquiries, delinquency reviews, and vendor performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the mortgage servicing lifecycle—from onboarding through default management—and the ability to translate complex loan data into actionable reporting.
Qualifications & Experience- Mortgage Servicing (REQUIRED): 3 to 5 years of direct experience in mortgage servicing, including loan onboarding, administration, and default management.
- Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of escrow, insurance, tax tracking, and payment processing. - Regulatory Expertise: solid understanding of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing.
- Education:
College degree preferred. - Leadership: 1+ years of management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Mortgage Tools:
Preferred experience with MSP / Director. - Software Proficiency:
Advanced navigation of Microsoft Windows and expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Organization:
Proven ability to adhere to strict turn-time commitments in high-volume, fast-paced environments. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and external vendors. - Mindset:
Highly detail-oriented with a keen eamwork orientation and the ability to work independently.

salary: $38 - $40 per hour | shift:

- Inquiry & Escalation Management: Provide timely support for high-priority inquiries, ensuring all resolutions meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Loan Review: Conduct detailed audits of mortgage loans, with a specific focus on early to late-stage delinquency status.
- Vendor Oversight: Partner with external vendors to track, monitor, and respond to escalations efficiently.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards to monitor inquiry volumes, response times, aging trends, and potential client impacts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with senior management and internal teams to facilitate communications regarding reported issues and servicing initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Assist with ad hoc projects, servicing oversight initiatives, and provide backup support to the broader team as needed.
