Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

• Attending customers quickly, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Operating check‑in, having guests sign the liability waiver and provide personal information using an iPad.
• Operating the front cash counter for receiving payments, managing cash flow, handling cash or card payments, and providing exact change.
• Processing billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
• Checking snack inventory, communicating with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walking the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensuring guests follow the park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures such as tables, chairs, and the playground structure.
• Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring that events operate efficiently.
• Performing other assigned duties.

• Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements.
• Good finger dexterity.
• Ability to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
• Ability to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
