This role isn’t about oversight—it’s about ownership. You’ll set the technical standard, develop engineering leaders, and drive delivery with clarity and confidence. • Set technical direction and lead a high‑performing MEP team.
• Ensure design quality that’s code‑compliant, constructible, and future‑ready.
• Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high‑accountability culture.
• Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision.
• Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices.

• 15+ years in MEP engineering experience and 8+ in technical leadership required.
• Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit.
• A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale.
• Bonus: commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience.
