We're looking for a detail‑oriented, experienced, and licensed Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our company.

$90K - 120K Based on skills, experience, performance and on‑going training attendance

• Project planning and the scheduling of detailed schedules for project activities ensuring timely completion.
• Estimating and preparing transparent proposals that adhere to the terms of each JOC Contract.
• Prepare project documents for submission to owners and engineers.
• Practice the allocation of resources effectively.
• Quality assurance and control by implementing QA/QC procedures to meet industry standards.
• Purchasing to ensure that all purchase orders are in the best interest of Tempe Mechanical and its clients.
• Risk Management to proactively assess safety hazards, schedule delays and budget overruns.
• Safety Compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project.
• Closeout and Turnover the project closeout activities including final inspections.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Punctual and Dependable
• Higher Education and/or College Degree
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in working on projects involving Hospitals and Schools
• Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Fast Pipe/Fast Duct
• Extensive knowledge of construction principles and processes
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, customer service
