Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a working knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Program (RMP) Emergency Action Plans and other EHS regulatory requirements. This role requires a professional who can contribute to various projects by applying engineering principles to design, develop, and manage projects that meet environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Conduct environmental site assessments, investigations, and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate negative effects, ensuring sustainable project outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise on regulatory compliance, including air quality, water quality, waste management, and hazardous materials.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental and infrastructure engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in environmental or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Lock Out Tag Out, Process Safety Management, Risk Management Program, and other Environmental and Safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
