Overview
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the MSC business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities- Lead a team of technicians and provide technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the quality and efficiency of engineering processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
- Experience leading a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
