Overview
You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location. In this role, you will impact the quality assurance processes, ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations while adhering to industry standards. Your contributions will enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction, solidifying Honeywell's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute advanced quality engineering initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures, utilizing statistical analysis and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in quality within the manufacturing or aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques, including Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards specific to the aerospace sector.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
