As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead a assembly and test team, ensuring products and processes meet high standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and achieve business goals. You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and you'll work onsite at our Tempe, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the production team

* Manage production cells and manufacturing personnel including training program syllabus, technical knowledge and skills.

* Drive accountability and systemic changes, approve or develop corrective actions to ensure robust Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) is taken for product audit/inspection deficiencies

* Provide required product and process team information at daily technical and production Tier meetings, escalations and work RAIL items as needed

* Ensure adherence to site, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations

* Administer daily meetings including Tiered accountability at all levels

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

* Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing teams and must be flexible working over- time as necessary

* This role reports on swing shift M-F; some weekends are required

YOU MUST HAVE

* Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related roles

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* A good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

* Ability to work swing shift

WE VALUE

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as manufacturing, science, technology, engineering, mathematics or relevant experience in lieu of degree

* Experience with quality manufacturing systems and processes including AS9100, AS13100

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
