Senior Process Engineer – Manufacturing

A Day in the Life: The Senior Process Engineer provides technical and sustaining engineering support in 24/7 hybrid sizing manufacturing operations, including equipment, process, and validation support in a cleanroom environment.

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing areas, including equipment qualification and process validation.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies and yields.
• Perform equipment qualifications (IQ), process validations (OQ, PQ, process characterization), and gage R&R studies.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods and determine costs and schedules.
• Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure processes and designs are compatible.
• Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations and generate and maintain documentation per quality system regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and a minimum of 4 years relevant engineering experience OR Master’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant engineering experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.

• Medical device or regulated industry experience.
• Hands‑on experience with process and/or equipment development on manufacturing processes.
• Experience with DRM/DFSS, Lean Sigma, or Green/Black Belt Lean Sigma certification.
• Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis methods and data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.).
• Experience and understanding of SPC principles including process capability analysis and control charts.
• Experience or aptitude to program, run and troubleshoot automated assembly equipment, or automated metrology tools.

• Base salary range: $101,600 – $152,400 (USD) for U.S. locations (excl. PR).
