Role Description
We are seeking an Engineering Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Tempe, AZ. The Engineering Specialist will focus on supporting engineering processes through project management, manufacturing engineering, and structural engineering practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and managing prefabrication projects, analyzing operational data, and refining processes to ensure efficiency and quality are achieved. The role also involves active communication with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong technical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Proven analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying problems, and implementing solutions
- Experience in project management, including the ability to meet deadlines and oversee projects from inception to completion
- Expertise in prefabricated building systems and Cold Formed Steel (CFS) prefabrication processes
- A bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering or a related field is required
- Proficiency with Auto Cad, Revit and BIM tools or software
- Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking ability with an emphasis on Good Design
- Experience working in industries like real estate development, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
