CAD Technician; Civil 3D & Revit - Entry-Level

Overview

Join the CAD Technician (Civil 3D & Revit) – Entry‑Level role at Trilon Group in Tempe, AZ. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week position requires on‑site presence in our office (remote/hybrid not available). We seek a recent graduate or associate‑degree level CAD drafter eager to advance in civil and municipal design.

• Create, maintain, and edit structural, mechanical, civil, and electrical plans for water mains, sewer mains, treatment plants, and storage tanks using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Think creatively and visualize designs in 3D to support project objectives.
• Manage multiple assignments, communicate effectively in written and verbal form, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively as necessary, arriving on time daily from 8 am to 5 pm.

• Recent associate‑degree graduate in CAD or equivalent experience as a CAD drafter/technician.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2010 or higher, REVIT, and Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
