- Perform hydraulic calculations and contribute to hydraulic modeling tasks.
- Permitting processes and evaluating design alternatives.
- Coordinate work with sub‑consultants and ensure design integration.
- Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and electronic design deliverables.
- Provide construction‑phase support by reviewing contractor submittals and responding to RFIs.
- Site reconnaissance and field investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in civil/site development.
- PE License required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
- Skilled in critical thinking and problem‑solving for technical challenges.
- Proficient in developing construction drawings from sketches, including site layout, drainage, and grading.
- Experience in facility and site design planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong working experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of local utility codes and permitting procedures.
- Familiarity with stormwater modeling tools such as Storm Wise™, InfoSWMM, or HEC‑RAS.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience with Environmental Resource Permitting.
- Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans).
- Pre‑tax flexible spending plans for medical, dependent care, and transportation.
- Short and long‑term disability, and employer‑paid life insurance.
- Paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
- Employer‑contributed 401(k) plan and additional financial planning support.
- Professional growth opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, in‑house training, and incentives for professional registration and professional organization memberships.
