Right At School is currently seeking a Part-Time sub/floating Before and After-School Site Program Manager for multiple locations within the J.O. Combs Unified School District.

• Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience).
• Location:
  
  On-Call/Floating Sub at Multiple Sites As-Needed. This could work into a regular site as a part-time position becomes available.
• Split-Shift
  
  Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday.
• Before School: 6:10 am – 8:50 am
• After School: 2:50 pm – 6:00 pm (Wednesdays: 12:50 pm – 6:00 pm).

• Must provide college transcripts with a minimum of 24 credits of early childhood education.
• Must be able to complete state CPR/first aid training, provide a negative TB test, complete mandated reporter training, and hold a valid Arizona fingerprint card.
• You must have a minimum of 12 months of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting.
• Must be 21 years of age, have one year of supervisor/management experience, and hold a High School Diploma/GED.
• English language, hold a current valid Arizona Fingerprint card, and can complete a TB Test, CPR/First Aide and Food Handler card in a timely manner.
• Reside locally within the surrounding area of the JO Combs area schools.

• Proven experience as a before-and-after-school site program manager.
• Ability to reside locally within the surrounding J.O. Combs area.
• Capacity to manage a split-shift schedule and perform effectively under pressure.
• A positive, adaptable attitude focused on fostering an engaging environment for students.

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observations.
• Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way.
• Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play.
• Excellent communication skills with varied audiences including children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children.
• Meet regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.
