• Coach children ages 12 months to 11 years old
• Focus on brain, physical, and character development based on monthly curriculum
• Speak to parents/guardians about the curriculum “why”
• Classes run weekdays 9 am‑11 am, evenings until 7 pm, and weekends 8 am through noon
• Flexible work schedule depending on studio needs
• Opportunity to increase hours through private party coaching
• Prior experience as pediatric OT/PT is a plus but not required

• Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children
• Teach the Kid Strong curriculum as provided by HQ programming team
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow appropriate pacing
• Greet students and parents individually prior to class
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate and manage implementation of various exercises
• Ensure cleanliness of the center, including lobby, bathrooms, and blue floors; take out trash, sweep, mop, wipe down equipment, and sanitize mat at shift end
• Use KS Coach’s App to record class data and provide records to parents
• Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack and check messages regularly
• Complete training through Fran Connect as required
• Work in a physically intensive environment; cover multiple miles, lift and move equipment up to 25 lbs
• Work “hands‑on” with kids to ensure proper technique and safety
• Assist parents of students ages three and younger with direction and flow of a class
• Attend monthly center staff programming meetings for next month’s curriculum
• Attend mandatory staff meetings as required by Kid Strong Director
• Learn and manage Coach Kid Strong Academy special classes during school break
• Obtain certified status by HQ Training & Certification team

• Passion for working with children is non‑negotiable
• Prior experience coaching students within Kid Strong age range
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self‑starter who just gets a job done
• Enjoy the spotlight

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour
