Young Life shall only employ individuals or enlist volunteer leaders who: (a) profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord; and (b) subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith. Therefore, employees and volunteers of Young Life, during working and nonworking hours, shall: (i) be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization;
(ii) refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life, and (iii) abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities.

Young Life College at ASU has a rich 22‑year history and is ripe with opportunity. Ranked #1 in the nation for innovation, its sprawling campus hosts over 55,000 undergraduate students representing 165 countries. YL College is looking to grow ministry on this campus.
- Building on current ministry by recruiting, training and developing a leadership team.
- Pursuing and meeting college‑aged students and leading an outreach club.
- Developing small group ministry.
- Working with and building on the current adult committee, as well as fundraising personally and working with the committee to raise the area budget.
- Working with surrounding area directors to recruit, train and deploy qualified leaders for the nearby high school and junior high ministries.
- Working with other AZ/NM college directors in planning camping and service opportunities.
We are looking for a Young Life staff person with at least five years of demonstrated team leadership experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, who is willing to commit to investing five years in this mission field in order to introduce students to Jesus and help them grow in their faith. This person needs to have a deep abiding faith in Jesus Christ and a love for people, who will be a true resource for college students in their spiritual growth, development and decision‑making.
Ideally this person would be a bridge‑builder within the university and faith communities and would have the ability to partner with and develop fundraising opportunities with these partners.
