Salary: $75,000 per year. We offer excellent benefits and perks, including a bonus structure, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, growth opportunities, flexible schedules, half-day on Fridays, and company parties.

• Lead a skilled irrigation team and establish irrigation standards
• Oversee innovative irrigation system designs and project construction documents
• Evaluate new technologies and manage client relationships
• Ensure quality and compliance across projects
• Prepare construction documents and read/interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Coordinate with related disciplines and manage project timelines

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, or related field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 3+ years of irrigation experience
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of irrigation principles, systems, and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Experience with Land F/X is a plus

• Option 1: 7:00 am-5:00 pm Mon-Thurs, 7:00 am-11:00 am Fri
• Option 2: 8:00 am-6:00 pm Mon-Thurs, 8:00 am-12:00 pm Fri
