Front Office Manager

We are a privately owned dental laboratory known for personalized service, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships with our doctors. We’re seeking an experienced Front Office Manager with dental lab or dental technician experience to be the organizational and communication hub of our lab.

This role is ideal for someone who understands dental laboratory workflows, values accuracy and relationships, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

• Manage daily front office operations in a dental lab setting
• Be the main point of contact for our doctors and their teams
• Coordinate case intake, scheduling, and delivery timelines
• Ensure accurate prescriptions, case details, and turnaround times
• Handle invoicing, billing, and basic administrative reporting
• Support technicians by keeping cases organized and on track
• Maintain digital and physical case records
• Help uphold the personalized service our lab is known for

• Experience in a dental lab or as a dental technician (required)
• Strong understanding of lab cases, terminology, and workflows
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable with dental lab software and office systems
• Professional, friendly demeanor with leadership capability

• $25–$40/hour, depending on experience
